Stapled spine is still solid!
Pages and cover have dog-ears and some discoloration, mostly at edges on the pages. The cover shows color loss from handling. There is also some writing on the front cover in pen, but none on the inside. (see pics)
Inside it says "Revised 1955" but this booklet must have been printed in the 1960s because it shows Otto Kerner as Governor on the front cover. He was elected to his 1st term in 1961.
