The book itself is in generally good condition.
Binding is still solid. Cover has light wear along the edges and on bottom corners but no real damage or bent corners. Pages have no dog-ears or writing but do have some age discoloration. The dust jacket is in poor condition with wear and tears and the back inside flap torn loose.
