Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, with an estimated delivery timeline of 7-15 business days after processing.

Return/Exchange Policy

Before Returning an Item:

If you wish to return a product, please email us first at support.us@sogainternational.com. Our friendly customer service team will provide you with the return address and guide you through the return process. Please note, our warehouse functions primarily as a dispatch center and cannot accept returns or process sales.

Damaged or Defective Items During Transit:

If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will assist you promptly. We take utmost care in packaging our products securely with high-quality materials. For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Faulty Items:

For minor issues, we provide spare parts. Major issues require the item to be returned for repair; if repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided. Please email us at support@heyhey.usa.com if you need to return a faulty or damaged item.

Change of Mind Returns:

You may return items for a refund or replacement within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will exclude the original postage, handling fees, and a 5% administration fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Late Shipment:

For delayed shipments, please email us at support.us@sogainternational.com for the tracking number. You can also contact the courier directly to inquire about missed delivery attempts. Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days within NSW, QLD, and SA, and 7-10 business days within TAS, WA, and NT.

Purchases Made by Mistake:

Items purchased in error can be returned within 14 days for a refund or replacement, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will exclude the original postage, handling fees, and a 5% administration fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
